Managing Director
Loukas has completed a number of transactions in Advisory, Private Equity and Venture Capital. Prior to joining Lancaster Private Equity Loukas was Director and Partner at Princelet Partners managing the generation and execution of deals including sell-side, buy-side and private placements in a number of sectors. Prior to Princelet Partners Loukas co-founded a real estate investment vehicle focusing on acquiring residential real estate across the UK which raised £62m forming a JV with the Real Estate Investment arm of a family office. Prior to that, Loukas was part of the Investment Banking Division at Barclays Capital in London during which he advised on a range of corporate finance transactions in the CEEMEA region. A selection of M&A transactions are the divestment of Hellas Sat (€208m), the divestment of Eurobank Tekfen (TRY641m) or the fairness opinion provided to the board of Sberbank of Russia on the acquisition of Denizbank of Turkey (€3.5bn). A selection of DCM transactions are the 7-year benchmark Eurobond issue for the Republic of Romania (€1.5bn), the 10-year Dollar bond issue for the Republic of Turkey ($1.0bn), a TLF for Hellenic Petroleum (€605m) or the forward start RCF for Intralot (€300m). A selection of ECM transactions are the follow-on equity offering for Box ships ($30m) and that of Diana Containerships ($51m). Loukas holds his MSc CEMS in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science having obtained his BSc in Financial Economics from the University of Essex. In 2015 Loukas qualified and was awarded Chartered Manager (CMgr) Member of the Chartered Management Institute. In 2016 Loukas became a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and received the Freedom of the City of London. In 2017 Loukas was appointed Honorary Treasurer of the Worshipful Company of World Traders.
Real Estate
Arron has 27 years of experience in Property Finance and Retail Banking, having worked for a number of years in Barclays and the Royal Bank of Scotland during which he completed a plethora of transactions. Arron is certified by the institute of Financial Services and the institute of Leadership and Management. Arron is also a keen runner.
Capital Markets
Peter brings with him over 8 years of experience working in the investment banking, private equity and asset management industry. Peter currently works as the Head of Investment for Lewben Group London an Investment and Advisory firm. Prior to joining Lewben Group Peter previously worked at Meridian Equity Partners where he was responsible for sourcing analysing and executing private equity deal opportunities across Europe. Previous to this Peter worked at TAC Partners LLP, Société Générale CIB and Goldman Sachs. He received an MSc. in Finance & Investments from Queen Mary College University of London, and a BSc. (Hons.) in Economics from the University of East Anglia. He holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from the CFA Society of the UK.
Structuring
Michael is an international tax attorney licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. as well as before the U.S. Treasury and the International Revenue Service. Michael has been in the offshore and asset protection planning area of international law since 1976, with offices in London, Monaco, Beijing and California Michael specializes in issues of tax planning and asset protection through the utilization of offshore tax and legal structures.
Legal Counsel
Lee is a partner in the banking and financing practice at Dentons, the world's largest global law firm. Lee is highly experienced in cross-border bilateral and syndicated financing transactions with particular focus on corporate lending, acquisition finance and real estate finance. He acts for lenders, alternate credit providers, corporate borrowers and sponsors across the credit spectrum and in a wide range of sectors including healthcare, infrastructure, mining, private equity, technology, transport and telecommunications. Since joining Dentons last year, Lee has led on a number of high profile financing transactions including in respect of NYX Global's acquisitions of Openbet and BetDigital, Towerbrook Capital's investment in Gravity Media, Blackstone's acquisition of Armacell, Round Hill Capital's investment in RPG Byty, and GZI's proposed acquisition of Frigoglass along with debt refinancing's for Alltech, Aviva, INA, MOL, P3 and Qatar Airways. Lee previously worked at Linklaters London for 10 years spending time on secondment to the New York, Hong Kong, Amsterdam and Budapest offices and to Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers.
